All completed

Five re upholstered and repaired dining room chairs all completed, and ready to be delivered back to our daughter this weekend.  Funny but in a way I’ve have got quite used to them being around in various stages of repair and now that they are complete will be sad to see them go.
I know that this is a bit random but I’ve become rather comfortable with them being around. I know these last 12-15 months+ and Lockdown restrictions have affected us all in different ways. For me, I think at times I have become rather comfortable with the uncomfortable things that have become very much part of our everyday life.  As I looked at these stacked chairs I felt God challenging me to get stuck in, unpack and rearrange things - I’ve got new things in store for you that I want you to get stuck in to. I know at times this might be a bit uncomfortable and rather a strain but I need you to move from the familiar and comfortable.

I don’t know in reality what all this means but I want to be ready to move onward and forward with God.

Deuteronomy 30.v15 and16
‘See I have set before you this day life and death and evil.  In that I command you this day to love the Lord your God, to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments, statutes and judgements so that you may multiply, and the Lord your God shall bless you in the land you go and possess.’  Amen
